How to check if teams is updated.
If Teams is not allowing you to use certain features or is starting to act up, check to make sure that you are running on the latest update.
To check your update follow these steps below.
Step 1:
Click on the 3 dots next to your profile on the top right
Step 2.
Once you click on the 3 dots, you should see a drop down menu that and from there you will see Check for updates. Click on Check for updates.
Step 3.
If you have any updates for Teams then it will download automatically. Once the update is downloaded, a drop down message will appear on the top of the screen that will prompt you to refresh teams. Click on “Click to refresh” and Teams will close out and open right back up.
(Keep in mind it will take a few minutes for Teams to load up. Do not panic, It is part of the process. Wait about 10-15 min and you should be able to start seeing everything load up normal.)
