Unable to receive calls on teams
If you are unable to make receive calls from others via teams, please make sure you have that you have you have your status on Online. To make sure your status is set to online please follow the following steps provided in this guide.
If your status is set to Do not disturb it will have a symbol like this.
To change it you will need to go to your account.
Click on your account and you should see a drop-down menu like this.
Click on Do not Disturb and you should see another drop down menu like this.
From here you can change the status to Available and you should be able to receive calls.
