Password issues/Okta autofill
If you are having trouble with your sign ins make sure your Okta password is updated with the proper credentials.
How to update your Okta password:
Step 1)
In Chrome on the top right of your screen, you should see your extensions. (Puzzle icon) Click on the extension.
Step 2)
Once you have clicked on your extensions, click on Okta Browser Plugin. (If you have to open Heracles again, repeat step 1 and continue with the steps.)
Step 3)
Click on the 3 dots next to the site that you are trying to update the autofill for.
Step 4)
Click on the edit button on the bottom right. Once you do that, you will be able to update the info.
Step 5)
Once you have updated the info to the proper info, make sure you have “Auto-Launch this app when I sign in” checked. After you have that, you can click on “Save”.
If you have followed these steps, you should be able to log into your accounts without any issues.
(NOTE: Anytime you update your Five9, it is best to follow these steps to avoid future issues with your sign in)
