Step 1:
Click on the 3 dots on the top right of Chrome.
Step 2:
After you click on the 3 dots, you should see a menu that will pop up on the top right. Once that pops up, click on settings.
Step 3:
Once you are in the settings, click on Privacy & Security on the left side.
Step 3:
Once you have clicked on Privacy and settings-> click on "Clear browsing data".
Step 4:
After you have clicked on Clear browsing data, you should see a pop up that will have a few boxes that you can check off. Make sure the time range is set to All time, as well as Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files. 
Step 5:
After you done that-> click on clear data. After you do that close Chrome and reopen and you should be all set.
